Abstract: 

A regional branch of an Italian Bank, MPS, partially (4,02%) owned by the Italian Treasury, signed an agreement with a local business association (Confindustria Umbria) regarding a funding plan of €100 million in order to finance manufacturing in the Umbria region. The agreement specifically considers the case of any company that aims to backshore in the area.
