Case narrative:

Ciak Roncato is an Italian company specialised in the manufacture of suitcases.
According to its CEO, customers from the Middle East and the Far East value a product which has been "Made in Italy". For this reason, the company plans to expand its plant near Padova, Italy by creating an additional 2,500 new square meters. The upgraded factory will open its gates before the end of 2016, and will require 20 new employees. Part of the production that is currently done in China will be backshored to this new plant. The company expects this move to create a 10% increase in sales.
