Case narrative:

EWII is a company headquartered in Kolding (Denmark). The most well-known product made by EWII is Tripl, an energy and environmentally friendly electric vehicle for delivering goods in cities. In order to improve production efficiency, EWII moved its production from Poland to Denmark, successfully creating a number of new jobs in Denmark. According to Knud Steen Larsen, a CEO of EWII group, that 20 employees will be needed in the first year, then the number of employees will double. EWII has chosen Johannes Pedersen as a further partner for the production of Tripl. Johannes Pedersen belongs to JP Group Holding and the company will be responsible for manufacturing some models of electric vehicles and develop its manufactory and test center in Kolding (Denmark). One of the most important reasons why EWIl chosen Johannes Pedersen is that EWII wants to have close cooperation between these two companies in terms of production development in Kolding.
