Case narrative: 

Fastweb, an Italian telecommunication player, decided to move back to Italy its customer care activities previously offshored and outsourced to Romania. The activities will be managed by an Italian contractor, and will be carried out in two facilities in Cagliari and Lecce. The relocation, which will be implemented by the end of September, aims to  increase the quality of the service and improve the firm's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
