Case narrative:

Statoil is a Norwegian company operating in the oil and gas industry. This company was established in 1972 and it is the largest company in the country. In recent years, a number of IT-related security incidents have happened. For instance, a cyber attack disrupted oil loading at the company's Mongstad refinery in 2014. This incident led Statoil to create a risk assessing task-force. The internal reports identified potential security problems after risk assessment were carried out. As a result, Statoil decided to move its most "critical" tasks from Indian provider HCL back to Norway. 10-15 new job positions will be established in Norway thanks to the relocation.
