Case narrative: 

Viking Genetics is a breeding company whose headquarter is located in Denmark but it is owned by 20,000 Danish, Swedish and Finnish farmers. More specifically, the company use high-tech methods to develop effective breeding programs. It also genomically test bulls to select the most convenient for the breeding programs.

Due to the current overcapacity, VikingGenetics decided to redesign its organizational architecture and to redefine the role of local units, giving them a more  specialized tasks.More specifically, facilities in Bovlund (Denmark) and Hollola (Finland) will be phased out and their activities will be relocated at Assentoft (Denmark). The restructuring is estimated to be completed in September 2018.
